Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days (unless mentioned otherwise in product description) via selected courier when checking out. You will receive an email with your tracking number included once your order is shipped. Jourdan Julian is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 
Returns & Exchanges:
Jourdan Julian does not offer refunds. All sales are final. If you've received damaged products, or we made a mistake with your order, we will exchange it or issue you a full refund. Please email us with your name and order # included.
