Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed, packaged & shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding preorders). You will receive an email with your tracking number included once your order is shipped. Jourdan Julian is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country for import.
