ORDERING

 All products on sunsetave.us are in stock and available for order (unless stated otherwise). Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

Jourdan Julian may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed, packaged & shipped within 2-4 business days (unless mentioned otherwise in product description) via selected courier when checking out. You will receive an email with your tracking number included once your order is shipped. Jourdan Julian is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jourdan Julian does not off refunds. All sales are final. If you've received damaged products, or we made a mistake with your order, we will exchange it or issue you a full refund.
